Job Title:

Sr. Mechanical Construction Lead

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Mechanical Construction Lead to oversee the mechanical construction activities during the installation and commissioning phases of our project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to make a significant impact on our team.

  • Coordinate daily site-based mechanical construction activities ensuring timely delivery, high-quality results, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with integrated management systems and project execution plans.
  • Maintain strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to mechanical subcontractors and teams on-site.
  • Collaborate closely with project engineers and planners to align site works with project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualified or degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in mechanical supervision on major infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, and project controls in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Technical literacy—able to read and interpret construction drawings.
  • Understanding of integrated management systems and construction standards.
