**Key Qualifications:**

- Hold an approved ECEC qualification (Diploma or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care) or ACECQA assessed equivalent
- Current First Aid qualification including Anaphylaxis and Asthma (support provided to obtain this)
- WWCC (employee)
- Knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework
- KindyHub knowledge advantageous
- Passionate about developing positive learning outcomes for children
- Experience and confidence with written documentation and planning for children's learning and development

**Position Objectives:**

- Implement and guide the planning of an education program supporting a holistic approach to the care and development of children from birth to six years old.
- Work collaboratively and lead other educators, families, and early childcare professionals to provide a safe, caring, engaging, and stimulating environment for children.
