Product Designer Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Design Visionary to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring it is intuitive, scalable, and aligned with engineering needs.
- Deliver high-quality, user-centred designs across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to execution.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver cohesive experiences that meet business outcomes and delight users.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design system contributions and polished product UIs.
- Expertise in Figma, including libraries, variables, auto-layout, interactive components, and design tokens.
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, colour, spacing, and hierarchy.
- Able to create clear, maintainable design documentation that bridges design and engineering needs.
- Experience working in Agile product teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
