Disability Support Worker Job

We are seeking experienced and passionate support workers to provide exceptional care for individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a heart for helping others, and relevant qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 in Disability.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS worker screening check.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Comprehensive insurance.
  • Restricted license (or ability to obtain).
