We are seeking a skilled Trimmer and Knife Hand to join our Processing Team in Canning Vale on a Full-Time employment basis.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for working with freshly caught fish of various kinds, skimming, pin boning, portioning fillets, and maintaining safe food handling practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in a wet cold environment with seafood and/or meat
  • Performing tasks that require attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
  • Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties
  • Working within cold temperature environments

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with seafood and/or meat
  • Demonstrated experience in Knife Hand / Filleting / Bandsaw experience in meat processing
  • Excellent attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
  • Availability to start work immediately
