About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chef Cook to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality dishes to our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience working in a commercial kitchen, with a strong focus on food safety and quality control. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Service: Prepare ingredients, cook meals, and serve food to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and served safely and at the correct temperature.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that meals are prepared and served efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a pub or restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Qualifications: Food safety certification and any relevant culinary qualifications.
