**The Role**

Work closely with Educational Leaders to support and implement Affinity education strategy and pedagogical practices as the Education Advisor

**Responsibilities**
- Review current educational program and practice against ECSNR (National Regulations), approved frameworks and National Quality Standards.
- Facilitate the implementation of approved organisational resources and organisational framework.
- Provide guidance, coaching and training to educators and Early Childhood Teachers on the implementation of a holistic school readiness program.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor of Early Childhood, or equivalent.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Desirable)
- 5 years’ experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
- Experience with curriculum and learning frameworks
- Sound knowledge of ACECQA requirements
- Computer literacy skills
- Sound knowledge of legislation relating to the early childhood profession.
- Knowledge of current trends/issues relevant to early childhood profession.

**Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, based in Sydney (CBD).**
