Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to develop and execute effective campaigns.
- Key Responsibilities:
- SUPPORT AND DRIVE DEMAND CREATION OF BRANDS WITH DIGITAL-FIRST MINDSET VIA EARNED, OWNED, AND PAID MEDIA WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE DIMM AND MARKETING TEAM.
- CREATE DIGITAL CONTENT FOR SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS ACROSS OUR PORTFOLIO OF BRANDS, FOCUSED ON INSTAGRAM AND TIK-TOK.
- ANALYZE SOCIAL MEDIA PERFORMANCE AND PROVIDE INSIGHTS TO IMPROVE STRATEGY.
- RESEARCH COMPETITORS AND IDENTIFY NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH.
- IMPLEMENT ORGANIC SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIES BY DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING MONTHLY POSTING CALENDARS FOR WELLACOMPANY AND OPI.
Requirements:
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT WITH ABILITY TO DEVELOP STRONG CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS & COLLABORATION (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL).
- INTERNATIONAL MINDSET WITH APPRECIATION FOR INCLUSION & DIVERSITY VALUES.
- MULTIPLE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN DIGITALLY-FOCUSED ROLE.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & PRESENTATION SKILLS.
- CREATIVITY AND IDEATION.
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
- ABILITY TO THRIVE IN FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND WORK ON MULTIPLE TASKS SIMULTANEOUSLY WITHIN TIGHT TIMEFRAMES.
