Primary Health Care Centre Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team at the Coconut Island Primary Health Care Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing essential medical services and promoting health and well-being in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general medical consultations and emergency care to patients
  • Develop and implement chronic disease management programs
  • Conduct health education and promotion activities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in primary health care or a related field
  • ALS and PALS Certification (in last 12 months)
  • Neonatal ALS Certification
  • MEC/TNCC/REC Certification
  • RAN or RIPRN Certification
  • Understanding Immunisation Certificate
