Market Development Manager

A leading role in driving the growth of irrigation solutions for sustainable agriculture. As a Market Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strategic growth plan to convert flood irrigated markets to drip irrigation in Australia and New Zealand.

This position requires strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a business plan with success markers for drip irrigation in flood irrigated markets.
  • Identify and develop strategic alliances and partnerships to support market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Prepare commercial and technical offers/solutions for the market.
  • Lead identification, pipeline development conversion and customer management.

You will need:

  • B2B sales experience in irrigation and agriculture.
  • Understanding of various irrigation markets within Australia, specifically flood irrigated markets.
  • Polished communication skills and consistent sales performance.

The successful candidate will receive:

  • A base salary negotiable between $110,000 - $130,000.
