About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member.
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, including serving on the console, making coffee, and cooking in our Cafe.
You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a positive and friendly attitude.
You will be an integral part of our team and will have the opportunity to work with a variety of people and develop your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
- Serve on the console and make coffee
- Cook in our Cafe
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
