Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our children.

 

  • • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a warm and inclusive environment.
  • & • Collaborate with other educators to plan and deliver curriculum programs that promote learning and development.
  • • Monitor and report on children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to support their growth.
  • • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
  • • Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to centre policies and procedures.
  • • Perform administrative tasks such as recording children's attendance, maintaining accurate records, and submitting reports as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or related field)
  • • Demonstrated experience working with young children (0-5 years)
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • • Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational software
  • • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • • Working With Children Check clearance
