Apprentice Windscreen Technician

About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting technicians in the workshop, attending theory sessions, and using hand and power tools. They will also be required to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist technicians in the workshop to gain practical experience
- Attend theory sessions to develop knowledge and understanding of the trade
- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Develop strong communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and customers
- Customer-focused attitude and pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Driver's license (manual essential)
- Reliable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn the trade
- Retail or automotive knowledge/experience is advantageous but not required
- Flexible rostering options and penalty rates/overtime provisions
- Ongoing incentive programs and recognition
- Tools of the trade and uniform provided
- First-year apprenticeship wage: $24.67 per hour
- Potential for fast-tracking your apprenticeship and becoming qualified within one year
