Job Description:

As an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter, you will embark on a comprehensive skills development program to become a qualified auto technician capable of repairing and replacing glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian standards.

You will also learn windscreen re-calibration for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and complete glass chip repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop auto technician capabilities to repair and replace glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian standards
  • Learn windscreen re-calibration for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Complete glass chip repairs
Requirements:
  • Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face and keeping them engaged
  • Passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • Ability to drive Automatic and Manual vehicles
  • Reliable, positive attitude, and willingness to learn the trade
  • Retail or automotive knowledge or experience is an advantage but not required
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and reputation for positively engaging others
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of self-awareness and desire for ongoing personal development
  • Commitment to achieving results and remaining positive under pressure
  • Good organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
