About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Personal Care Assistant (PCA) & Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our team at Conexson. As a PCA & AIN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and assistance to our clients with a welcoming, professional, and supportive approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with mobility and transfer of clients, in accordance with their care plans.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date health care documentation, as required.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional client outcomes.

Requirements
  • Current Police Check or NDIS Screening Check (Yellow Card).
  • Working with Children's Check (Blue Card).
  • Certificate III or paid experience in a related field.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Driver's license and reliable transport (preferred).
  • Complete COVID vaccinations, as per QLD Health Regulations.
  • Flu vaccination (PCA mandatory).
  • Valid rights to work in Australia (passport, birth certificate, VEVO, etc.).
  • Manual Handling Training and Hoist experience (preferred).
