Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver and Cleaner to join our team at Conexson, a leading specialist Disability & Aged Care staffing agency. As a Caregiver and Cleaner, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in Residential Aged Care Facilities and In-Home Aged Care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including cleaning and sanitizing living areas and equipment
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Updated Police Check
  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Driver's license and reliable transport
  • Fully COVID vaccinated and Boosted as per QLD Health Regulations
  • Updated Flu Vaccination
  • Valid rights to work in Australia (Passport, Birth Cert., etc.)
  • Manual Handling Training and Hoist experience

What We Offer:

  • 20 to 40 hours per week
  • Weekly salary ranging from $800 to $2,000
  • Competitive hourly rates for weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
