Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the efficient management of our industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plant engineering or maintenance, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily facility operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuity.
  • Develop and implement strategies for capital improvement projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with equipment owners to optimize space utilization and plan future equipment moves.
  • Maintain fire suppression, HVAC, plumbing, water tanks, and general utility systems.
  • Work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure compliance and site safety.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting industrial facilities.
  • Technical training in plant engineering or maintenance, or comparable professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Proven experience in managing EHS within a facility.
  • Familiarity with operating and maintaining heavy machinery, such as forklifts and aerial lifts.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
