Healthcare Professional

This role is a key part of the clinical team, providing holistic patient care. The professional will work closely with other clinicians to ensure that patients receive high-quality treatment.


Main Objectives:
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including those with undiagnosed problems.
  • Assist in workload management by dealing with requests for advice, appointments and visits.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct face-to-face and remote consultations for same-day and routine appointments.
  • Visit patients in nursing homes and undertake ward rounds as necessary.
  • Participate in on-call teams and undertake home visits for selected patients with agreement from the team.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills. They will also be able to maintain accurate records and participate in regular audits and research projects.
