Land Development Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, with experience in project administration, infrastructure delivery, and residential lot development.

The successful person will have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors. They will also have a strong work ethic and a long-term commitment to the team.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining feasibilities and supporting the SDM in maintaining feasibilities
  • Liaising with consultants, contractors, council and other stakeholders
  • Delivering infrastructure and residential lots
