Land Access Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Access Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the company's telecommunications infrastructure projects are delivered on schedule and with high quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land access procedures, statutory approvals, and stakeholder engagement. They will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of land access functions and requirements.

  • Undertake assigned land access statutory approvals (LASA) works in a timely and quality manner.
  • Ensure all aspects of the Telecommunications Act 1997 and the Telecommunications Code of Practice are applied and adhered to.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve escalated land access matters.
  • Produce land access deliverables including planning assessment reports and notifications.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in town planning or environmental sciences.
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience in land access procedures.
  • Proven working understanding of the Telecommunications Act 1997 and EPBC Act 1999 requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
