About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven clinical professional to join our Trauma team in Sydney. This theatre-based role will involve assisting surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff with our Trauma products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to internal and external customers
  • Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products
  • Conduct in-service training and support our Territory Managers
  • Confidently identify and troubleshoot product-related problems and/or issues related to a customer's application of a product
Requirements
  • Experience working in the clinical field
  • Previous orthopaedic exposure or knowledge would be highly advantageous, but is not essential
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient outcome every time
