Job Title: Senior Identity Analyst


About the Role

As a Senior Identity Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of our identity and access management processes. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the translation of identity controls into technology platforms and operational processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans to identify potential gaps in control status.
  • Contribute to actionable insights to aid Business Unit prioritisation.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to collate existing test findings, conduct workshops, and draft management responses.
  • Support remediation activities noted by centralised testing teams where findings are applicable to Identity controls and/or processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and facilitate communication.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in Identity Access or Cyber controls.
  • Strong Identity and Access Management knowledge, including process and key technologies.
  • Experience performing IT general controls, technology risk assessments, testing or auditing against technology standards or governance frameworks.
  • Experience contributing to internal and external audits.
  • Strong data skills with automation experience.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
