The NSW Reconstruction Authority is seeking an experienced leader to spearhead strategic planning and coordination efforts in the aftermath of natural disasters.
About the Role- Develop and implement comprehensive disaster adaptation plans, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, while promoting policy compliance and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with regional teams and technical experts to integrate data-driven insights and hazard analysis into planning processes.
- Monitor project risks and reputational concerns, providing timely guidance and strategic advice to senior leadership.
You will possess exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with proven experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize competing demands is essential for this role. Experience in managing stakeholders within a politically sensitive context is also crucial.
