Director - Learning Diversity

The Director - Learning Diversity plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape of Whitefriars College. Reporting to the Deputy Principal – Learning and Teaching, Deputy Principal – Staff, and Principal, this leader is accountable for the performance of their duties.

This is a significant leadership position that embodies the Christian service model. As an ex officio member of the College Leadership Team, the Director - Learning Diversity fosters a unique professional relationship with the Principal, contributing to the implementation of the school's vision that reflects the Catholic and Carmelite traditions.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for their area, inspiring fellow staff members through their knowledge and leadership. A broader understanding of diverse learning needs and the provision of appropriate programs within and beyond the classroom is expected.

This role is committed to the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all children in our care. The successful applicant will be responsible for shaping and implementing programs that support students with diverse learning needs.
