About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Public Relations Manager to lead our team in shaping and defining our PR strategy, managing direct reports, and providing input for global media enquiries.

The Opportunity

This role will be based in Bangkok, Thailand and will report to the Director of Communications. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record of managing teams and developing creative media relations strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to elevate Agoda's visibility in markets across Asia Pacific and beyond
  • Lead and develop two direct reports, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support
  • Maintain effective relationships with multi-market agency teams to deliver measurable consumer content
  • Craft scalable content to keep Agoda in the news leveraging a combination of data, product, campaign and corporate news
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Creative problem-solving and a results-driven approach
  • 8+ years of experience in public relations in traditional and digital teams, advantageous, ideally in both an agency and in-house setting
  • Experience should include 3+ years managing teams or direct reports
