We are seeking a dedicated Strata Portfolio Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential buildings and building great relationships with our customers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with owners and committees, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.
  2. Managing a portfolio of smaller buildings, with low complexity and a great opportunity for additional earnings.
  3. Delivering high-quality customer service in any situation.
  4. Leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee meetings, where your guidance will help shape the community's future.
  5. Preparing accurate budgets, agendas, and minutes, with the support of our specialized departments.
  6. Applying your understanding of strata legislation to provide sound advice and assist in the effective enforcement of by-laws.
  7. Overseeing the maintenance of insurance policies and coordinating necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks to ensure the safety and integrity of each building.

About you:

  1. You are a true problem solver and thrive on delivering solutions.
  2. You have at least 2 years' experience as a Strata Manager and some knowledge of commercial portfolios.
  3. You are great at building relationships, look for win/win solutions, and love turning detractors into promoters.
  4. You get things done, taking action and delivering on commitments.
  5. You can understand the basics – Microsoft Office, and have a strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
