Speech Pathology Graduate Role

As a Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. About the Position:

  • You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored therapy plans, and delivering effective interventions to promote client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, and develop customized therapy plans to address these requirements.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  3. Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, providing empathy, support, and guidance throughout the treatment process.

Essential Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle, with a willingness to travel to various locations as required.
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain).
