Speech Pathologist Grad Program
Job Description:We are seeking passionate Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our industry-leading Graduate Program. Our program starts you off with a full week of graduate-specific induction sessions, including a comprehensive introduction to community practice, and life at Better Rehab.
Responsibilities:You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community. You will help participants from age 6 to 65, across language, mealtimes, dysphagia, aphasia, and AAC. You will conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients' homes to day centres, parks, and our clinic rooms.
Collaboration:You will collaborate with a committed multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for your clients. You will build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:• Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026 • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check (or willing to obtain)
