About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Boutique Manager to support and oversee the operations of our Pacific Fair boutique. As the Assistant Boutique Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store meets key performance indicators (KPIs), holding monthly events for VIP customers, and performing stock takes.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the visual appeal of the boutique, ensuring it meets the brand's standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and exceed KPI targets.
  • Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Retail management experience required, preferably in luxury brands or similar environments.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding KPIs in previous roles.

  • An eye for detail and visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique always looks its best.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Prior experience in rostering and working to wage budgets, demonstrating your understanding of financial management.
