About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to support and oversee the operations of our Pacific Fair store.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store meets its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), holds monthly events for our valued customers, and performs stock takes.

You will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute monthly events to engage our VIP customers and drive sales.
  • Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to store staff, developing their skills and knowledge to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

  • Retail Management Experience: Proven track record of success in a retail management role, with a strong understanding of KPIs and sales budgets.
  • Jewellery/Watches Experience: While not essential, experience in the jewellery/watches industry is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and develop staff, with a focus on building a high-performing team.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including financial management and customer relationship building.
