Job Title: Disability Support Worker
\helpers we're looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities, providing support and care that enables them to live independently and with dignity.\/hr>About Us:

- Supporting people with physical disabilities, including transfers and use of equipment
- Providing personal care, such as showering and dressing
- Assisting with domestic duties
- Building rapport with clients and working collaboratively with care teams
- Using good judgment and common sense, listening skills, and a willingness to learn
- Working varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Requirements:
