Job Overview

Roster options are available for various periods, including Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

This role plays a key part in delivering value to customers and creating an excellent work environment where team members feel valued.

  • Ambassadors of our company values will create and support a culture within the store where every team member feels they belong.
  • Demonstrating an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction by enabling a positive shopping experience through Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
  • Making safety a top priority for the team and customers by ensuring correct processes are followed.
  • Supporting collaboration between departments to create a great experience for team members and ensuring meaningful hours.
  • Using data to deeply understand customer needs to ensure priorities relevant to the store are prioritized to improve both team and customer experiences.
  • Delivering key performance metrics and targets across the Grocery, Online and Nightfill departments by working with Department Managers to ensure appropriate resourcing and that teams are correctly trained and proper processes are followed.
