We are seeking an experienced and passionate Education Leader to join our team at Wagga Wagga Christian College. As the face of TheirCare, you will have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service, creating engaging programs and building positive relationships within the school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
  • Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools.
  • Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
  • Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.

Requirements:

  • AACECQA recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state.
  • Willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
  • Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum.
