Senior Technology Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned technology advisor to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive alignment of IT investments with core business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Builtd strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the customer's trusted advocate within the organization.
- Facilitate effective outcomes for technology needs or challenges, project or service delivery issues, and billing queries by coordinating resources within the company.
- Analyze client technical infrastructure, hardware, maintenance and licensing lifecycles and recommend improvements as needed.
- Oversight of projects and provision of complex technical advice for quotes.
- Understanding of client technology environments (cloud, on-prem, cybersecurity, hardware lifecycles).
- Minimum 5+ years in a senior technical role with experience in consulting from a Technical Advisory and Account Management perspective.
- Strong background in technical consulting for clients with Microsoft, Windows, and cloud environments.
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, virtualization, cloud computing, networking, storage, and security.
- Ability to design solutions that meet client needs and articulate core business technology concepts in a C-Level setting.
- Australian Citizenship or ability to obtain security clearance.
