Bakery Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to lead our bakery department.


About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bakery, ensuring that high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are maintained at all times.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of bakers to achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling and rostering systems to meet business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, waste, and stock rotation.
  • Monitor and improve departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
