Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Clients Services Officer in Maroubra.

This key position requires an administrator who can provide a range of services and advice to clients, advocates and other stakeholders.

  • The successful applicant will work closely with clients and their advocates to assess eligibility and client need and provide advice on suitable housing options in line with relevant legislation and policies.
  • They will also collaborate with internal specialists and external service providers to identify additional support requirements and make referrals where necessary.
  • Responsibilities include managing tenancies, supporting clients to maintain successful tenancies and participating in community initiatives to promote harmonious neighbourhoods and stronger communities.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and integrity when managing client information.
  • Monitoring property condition and facilitating maintenance and minor modifications as required will also be an essential part of the role.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administration support role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and ability to prepare correspondence and reports is also required.
  • SAP experience would be advantageous but not essential.
