Our organization is seeking a skilled Pavement Engineer to provide technical expertise in pavement design, construction, and maintenance across large-scale infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will support project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership in pavement engineering, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Support project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of pavement-related activities.
- Maintain and improve existing pavements, designing new ones to meet high-quality standards.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Have proven experience in pavement engineering, preferably in transport or major civil infrastructure projects.
- possess a strong understanding of asphalt, concrete, and subgrade design and construction.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
