Job Title: Pavement Engineering Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pavement Engineer to join our team in shaping Queensland's long-term growth. As a key role, you will be working on large-scale infrastructure projects that require technical expertise in pavement design, construction, and maintenance.

The successful candidate will support project delivery from planning through to construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. You will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in pavement design, construction, and maintenance across large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Support project delivery from planning through to construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Assist in managing utilities and associated infrastructure, including roads, water, and sewer networks.

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering degree or related field.
  • Proven experience in pavement engineering.
  • Strong understanding of asphalt, concrete, and subgrade design and construction.
