About The Role

You will play a critical role in designing, delivering and embedding learning and development strategies that build organisational capability, empower employees and support transformation and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and uplift capability and compliance needs in partnership with business leaders.
  • Enable leadership growth through developing and embedding frameworks into coaching and performance processes.
  • Design and facilitate high-impact learning programs that cater to diverse learner needs.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning, talent strategies and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to support a future-ready workforce.
  • Utilise data and metrics to evaluate learning impact and inform continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
  • Significant experience developing implementing and evaluating learning and development solutions across diverse business areas.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to work with individuals from a broad range of environments and backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to manage competing demands in a dynamic environment.
  • Confident working with learning management systems authoring tool experience desirable.
  • Tertiary qualification in organisational development psychology human resources or related field.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or similar.
  • Accreditation in organisational development or leadership diagnostics highly regarded.
