Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional to make a significant impact on our business. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, driving efficiency, and managing costs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with operations leaders to support day-to-day decision-making through financial analysis and reporting
  2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews
  3. Support business cases and commercial projects that drive efficiency and value
  4. Prepare clear, concise performance reporting for senior stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in finance business partnering, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment
  • The ability to communicate financial insights clearly
  • Experience working with operational teams to influence decisions and drive performance
  • Solid technical skills in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and driving process improvement
