Enterprise Risk Manager

This role is designed to manage and mitigate risks across various aspects of a business. Reporting directly into the CFO, you will be responsible for leading and enhancing the organisation's risk management frameworks.
You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective risk monitoring, develop and implement risk controls, manage audit processes, projects and incident handling.
Additionally, you will provide timely advice on regulatory changes and drive risk awareness through training, influencing and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
About You- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field, preferably in a multi-site operational or non-profit business
- Pragmatic and solutions-focused approach with ability to build rapport and influence varied stakeholder groups
- Understanding of governance standards such as ISO9001 and ability to apply and implement
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Broad knowledge and practical experience in enterprise risk management
