Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with retail leasing agreements and manage all related financial transactions.
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and coordinate events to drive foot traffic and engagement.
  • Supervise and mentor the Admin CML Manager, ensuring high standards of performance and accountability.
  • Maintain safety and operational efficiency by managing contractors and overseeing site activities.
  • Engage with local councils and the business community to promote a collaborative environment.
