Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to join our team at Spring Professional. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the property, including relationship and operational management of retailers, team management, and critical retailer management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship and Operational Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, customers, suppliers, and local government to ensure a positive and thriving shopping centre environment.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of centre staff, including recruitment and training to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Critical Retailer Management: Manage debtors, assess retailer performance, and identify opportunities to improve sales and drive business growth.
- Performance Management: Monitor and report on the overall performance of the property, including sales, foot traffic, and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience as a Centre Manager or high-performing Retail Manager with exposure to operational management of major retail assets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
