The Community Living & Respite Services team is seeking dedicated support professionals to assist young people in developing essential life skills, engaging in meaningful activities, and achieving their personal aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young individuals with daily living activities.
  • Assist with medication management and administration.
  • Facilitate access to community resources and recreational activities.
  • Encourage educational achievements and maintain a safe living environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Children, Youth & Families or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
  • Commitment to the vision and values of CLRS.
  • Valid driver's license (Victorian or NSW).
  • Current Level 2 First Aid certification or willingness to acquire.
  • Completion of three COVID-19 vaccinations (or valid exemption).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviors.
  • Knowledge of positive behavior support and person-centered active support.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support – Disability.

All applicants must be prepared to complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate and undergo NDIS Worker Screening Check.
