Job Title: Senior Associate

At RSM Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Corporate Advisory team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services to our clients, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead advisory projects, including end-to-end M&A and IPO execution, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and building strong client relationships.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
  • Manage and develop junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advisory services, including financial modeling, forecasting, and due diligence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building trust.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Commerce, Law, or Economics, with a strong understanding of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
  • 3-5 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and critical evaluation skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and building strong relationships.
