Job Title: Senior Associate

At RSM Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Corporate Advisory team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services to our clients, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead advisory projects, including end-to-end M&A and IPO execution, financial due diligence, and data room management;
  • Work across sell-side, buy-side, capital raising, and strategic advice;
  • Manage project deliverables and adhere to transaction timeframes;
  • Develop and work collaboratively with junior members of the team;
  • Build and manage client and stakeholder relationships;
  • Assist with deal origination and the preparation of proposals, engagements, and pitch documents;
  • Financial modelling and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business, Commerce, Law, or Economics (CA/CFA favourable);
  • 3-5 years' experience in M&A within a top-tier/mid-tier accounting firm, investment bank, or boutique advisory firm;
  • Experience in preparing information memoranda, databooks, proposals, and other marketing documents;
  • Experience in managing multiple M&A projects from end to end;
  • Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills;
  • Ability to meet and work towards deadlines;
  • Strong communication and report writing skills;
  • Attention to detail and commercially insightful;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team;
  • Strong ethical standards.
