Job Description
LIVIN is a not-for-profit organisation established to help break the stigma around mental health. Through education programs, apparel and community initiatives, they aim to launch a generational change.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Executive Leader to support the CEO in managing and developing the team and organisation.
This newly created role will translate the organisation's strategy into action, overseeing daily operations and providing leadership and guidance to the team.
The Position:
- Provide strategic leadership, direction, mentoring and support to the team.
- Mentor, develop and guide team members in their functional responsibilities.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the organisational strategy.
- Manage projects and resources efficiently.
- Prepare accurate Board reports.
- Review current organisational structure and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Formal qualifications in business, commerce or management.
- Experience in senior management, preferably within NFP or Charity sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and developing teams.
- Sound understanding of financial reports and Board requirements.
- Positive self-starter with superior communication and people management skills.
- Strong time management, MS Office and organisational skills.
