Maritime Structural Engineering Lead

Join a team of experts to drive innovative solutions for maritime infrastructure projects. As a Maritime Structural Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of large-scale maritime facilities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects that make a real difference in the community. From concept design to construction phase support, you will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in structural design, including reinforced concrete and steel in the marine environment. You should also have experience working with local governments, port clients, and/or the Defence sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical delivery of large-scale maritime facilities
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Requirements
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (or ability to obtain chartership within agreed timeframe)
  • Tertiary degree qualifications in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Eligibility for Australian Government security clearance
