We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to maintain high cleaning standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of tasks, adhering to safe handling and storage procedures for chemicals and equipment, and maintaining excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience working in a high-end, high-volume restaurant, with the ability to work full-time (38+ hours per week) or part-time (at least 24 hours per week).

  • Follow kitchen cleaning rosters and ensure section cleaning checklists are completed.
  • Maintain excellence in cleaning standards and methods.

This role requires Australia work authorization and involves in-person work location.
