About the Senior Finance Manager Role

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success. This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our Funds Management and Capital Partnering Finance team at our Sydney Head Office.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver the financial aspects of our funds management and capital partnering business. This includes the implementation and operationalisation of new capital partnerships, as well as delivering ongoing financial reporting requirements.

You will work closely with our senior commercial manager, investment management finance, to achieve these goals. You will also collaborate with other teams within the organisation to implement and embed new capital partnering opportunities, with a focus on process improvement.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can think critically and challenge the status quo. Your ability to build strong relationships and foster innovation will be essential in achieving superior outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver financial aspects of funds management and capital partnering business.
  • Implement and operationalise new capital partnerships.
  • Deliver ongoing financial reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with other teams to implement and embed new capital partnering opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications and CA/CPA accreditation.
  • Extensive experience in funds management, financial and property accounting.
  • Sophisticated technical accounting skills and ability to deliver high-quality processes and reporting.
  • Leadership experience, including managing small teams.
  • Passion and motivation to drive change, innovate and improve processes.
  • Excellent influencing and relationship-building skills.
